Welcome to the Silver Hammer website. We have a lot to offer, so please take a minute to look around!

I have worked hard to build Silver Hammer's reliable reputation by focusing on smaller to medium size projects and home repairs. I work alone and choose the projects that best showcase my attention to detail to give the greatest results.

PLEASE SCROLL DOWN  FOR MORE IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT WHAT TO EXPECT FROM  SILVER HAMMER HANDYMAN.

What to expect...

Estimate vs Consultation and site visits.

When I first started this business I was so excited people were calling I would drive around going on estimates in person. As my reputation and business has grown over the years, I now receive so many emails, calls and texts I can't possibly drive out to meet everyone as much as I may like to so I had to change how I provide estimates, consultations and site visits.

Estimate:

The first step is to submit pictures of the project(s) or damaged areas.

You can email them silverhammerhandyman@gmail.com .

Once I receive and review them we can discuss further and I can provide a FREE ballpark estimate over the phone and/or email if I feel this is a project I can do for you.

Consultation and site visit:

I can also offer  an in person consultation and site visit to go over your project in more detail such as providing damage solutions, design ideas, etc...

An in person consultation costs $100 which will be credited toward the total of the project should you choose to move forward.

My preferred way to correspond is  email. I am up at 5am every morning answering emails while enjoying a cup of coffee with our two cats Sadie and Ashley who are wide awake! Once I head out for the day I am focused on the project so I can not always answer the phone or check emails, so  please leave a voicemail or send an email.

I do my best to respond as soon as possible.

Subcontractors.

I work with specific electricians and plumbers that I have used many times and have built a relationship with. As a handyman I am allowed to do minor electrical and plumbing like changing fixtures, but for more involved work I call in the licensed professionals.

Dumpster Service

I have a 4 yard Waste Management dumpster on my property which allows me to dispose of all building  materials and debris.

My dumpster is available to the Mount Olive community if you would like to dispose of any building materials or household junk.

Give me a call if you're interested.

11th Hour Rescue cat of the month

Meet Echo

https://www.ehrdogs.org/animals/detail?AnimalID=22293173

Echo fits all of the orange tabby stereotypes! He's extremely affectionate, goofy, and playful. Ever since he was a young kitten, he loves to be picked up and flown around the room like a superhero. Echo was pulled from a high intake animal shelter, his heart condition made it an unsuitable environment for him. He was diagnosed with a severe congenital heart murmur, and may not live a long life. Currently, he does not need to take any medication to manage his condition.  He doesn't see his condition as a setback, though. Echo has plenty of love and fun left to share!

11th Hour Rescue dog of the month

Meet Daisy

https://www.ehrdogs.org/animals/detail?AnimalID=22099946

Daisy is a wonderful 2-year-old, 45 lb family dog who brings the perfect balance of fun and calm. She has plenty of playful energy and will happily join you for games, adventures, or anything active—but when it’s time to relax, she settles beautifully and loves to unwind with her people.

Daisy is crate trained, house trained, and good with both dogs and kids. She walks well on leash but may pull a bit if you let her—she’s just excited for the next fun thing! She is microchipped, spayed, and up to date on vaccines.

Pet Adoption League (PALS)

Pet Adoption League (PALS)

Daisy had her kitten, Louie, when she was just a kitten herself. Shes done being a momma cat and just wants to be a kitten. She loves to purr while being held and plays with her mice and springs.
